Meet Zoe Mintz —Together+Her Coaching Lead
Zoe is passionate about helping women—especially those at the start of their careers—find clarity and land roles they’re excited about. In college, she applied to 100+ internships and kept hearing nothing. It was discouraging, but it pushed her to try a different approach: Zoe reached out to alumni on LinkedIn, connected with recruiters at her target companies, and checked job boards every single day. That persistence paid off with a recruiting internship that became a full-time role after graduation.
Seeing some of the most competitive hiring processes up close gave her perspective she now shares openly—what actually works, how to stand out, and how to keep your confidence when the silence feels loud. At Together+Her, Zoe will be helping lead our live sessions and coaching, bringing an early-career lens to topics like networking, interviewing, and building direction when you’re still figuring it out. Her goal is simple: make the path feel less confusing, more supportive, and totally possible for you.
