“So… what are you doing after graduation?”

You’re 21. You’ve done school. You’ve done clubs. You’ve even powered through group projects with “that guy.”

But now you’re staring at the job world like... what exactly do I bring to the table?

Here’s the truth no one tells you enough:

You don’t need to “know your passion” to get started. You just need to get curious.

Let’s reframe this 👇

🧭 **Step 1: Forget “finding your passion.” Start finding your clues.**
What are the tasks or convos that leave you feeling energized (not drained)?
⚡ Hint: It might be helping others solve problems, organizing chaos, or making people laugh.

👉 Action Step: Take 5 minutes to jot down 3 things that made you feel alive last week. School-related or not.

🪜 Step 2: Test small, learn fast.
You don’t have to major in something to try it.
Start with a free course, shadow someone for a day, or DM someone on LinkedIn.

👉 Action Step: Pick one new thing to explore this month — not for life, just for insight.

💬 Step 3: Talk to someone one step ahead.
Not an expert. Just someone a little further down the path.

👉 Action Step: Make a list of 3 people you already know (a family friend, your roommate’s cousin, that older girl from your sorority) who are working in careers you might be curious about.
Then… actually message one of them today. No pressure, no pitch — just genuine curiosity.
