👀 Who Do You Look Up To?

Who you admire says a lot about who you’re becoming

Who do you look up to?
And more importantly… why?

We did a quick Google search for “Top Female Role Models in 2025” and, of course, the usual icons came up: Michelle Obama. Beyoncé. Taylor Swift. Oprah. Zendaya.

Incredible women — no doubt.

But here’s the thing…
Admiration is personal. It’s layered. And sometimes, the people who truly shape us aren’t on the top 10 lists.

Maybe it’s your mom.
Your older sister.
Your favorite professor.
Or or a guru who shares her wins and wounds with equal honesty.

The truth? What you admire in someone else is a quiet clue about who you’re becoming.
It’s not about copying their path — it’s about translating their traits into your own voice, your own journey, your own power.

💭 Build the Bridge Between Admiration and Action

It’s one thing to feel inspired — it’s another to use that inspiration to grow.
Here’s a 5-minute clarity exercise to help you move from watching her to becoming you:

List 3 women you admire. Be honest — they don’t need to be famous, just meaningful to you.
Highlight 1–2 traits you admire in each. Not just what they do — how they do it.
Ask yourself: Where in my life could I start practicing one of those traits?
→ If she’s confident, how would she introduce herself in a meeting?
→ If she’s focused, how would she plan her day?
→ If she’s kind, how would she handle a tough conversation?

Small shifts = big embodiment.
You don’t need to overhaul who you are — you just need to align more intentionally with who you’re becoming.
